Chad Wood
Senior Pastor
Chad Wood has been serving the Community Fellowship Church family since 2008. He originally joined the staff as Executive Pastor, providing leadership and oversight of church ministries and operations.
​
In October 2020, Chad was named as Senior Pastor of Community Fellowship Church. He is humbled and energized by the opportunity to spiritually guide the church community that has become his extended family.
​
Chad preaches Biblical truth with passion and applies scripture to modern life in a down-to-earth style. His messages aim to encourage, challenge and inspire people in their faith walks.
​
Pastor Chad was born and raised locally, graduating from Ridgecrest High School. He felt called to ministry at a young age and pursued theological training at Faith Bible Institute, where he earned his degree in Biblical Studies.
Chad is happily married to his wife Starla. They have been blessed with two children, Madison and Blaine, who keep them busy with sports and activities.
When he has spare time, Chad enjoys recharging outdoors by hunting and fishing. Spending time with family and experiencing God's creation are top priorities for him.
Chad brings strong family values and a down-to-earth personality to his pastoral role. He connects with people by sharing openly from his own life experiences as a husband, father and lifelong community member. Pastor Chad aims to nurture Community Fellowship Church as a welcoming family of believers who support one another.
Justin Jarchow
Associate Pastor
Pastor Justin Jarchow joined the Community Fellowship Church staff in 2017 and was ordained in 2023. Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, he moved to our community to follow God's call into full-time ministry.

In 2019, Justin and his wife Melanie stepped into leadership roles overseeing the youth ministry. They enjoy mentoring teens and helping them build a solid spiritual foundation.
​
As Associate Pastor, Justin oversees various ministries and assists the Lead Pastor with preaching, teaching, and pastoral care. He brings passion and energy to guiding others into a closer relationship with God.
​
Justin and Melanie view the church community as their extended family. They love getting to walk through life alongside church members of all ages
Glendil Griffin
Worship Leader
Music has always been a passion and calling for Worship Leader Glendil Griffin. Raised in the small town of Hartford, Kentucky, he has been serving in music ministry for over 15 years since graduating high school in 2009.
​
Glendil has been blessed to collaborate with various Christian music artists during his ministry. He recently recorded a full album of original songs in 2022 entitled "Shall Be Saved," available on digital platforms like Spotify.
​
In 2019, Glendil moved to Jonesboro with his wife Misty. They are thankful to now call this community home.
​
When he's not leading worship, you can often find Glendil spending quality time with loved ones, playing video games, fishing, or writing new songs for God's glory.
​
Glendil brings great musical talents along with a pastoral heart for people to his role overseeing our worship ministry.
Blaine Wood
Youth Pastor Intern
Blaine Wood joined the Community Fellowship Church staff as a Youth Pastor Intern in 2022. He is currently a student at Williams Baptist University pursuing a degree in Mid-Level Math and Science with a coaching emphasis.
​
A graduate of Paragould High School, Blaine is the son of Senior Pastor Chad Wood. He grew up attending Community Fellowship and is now blessed to serve in youth ministry at his home church.
​
Blaine has a passion for investing in the next generation and helping guide students in their walks with Christ. He connects well with youth through his friendly personality and active lifestyle.
​
In his free time, Blaine enjoys playing baseball, hunting, fishing, and watching sports. He especially loves cheering on the local high school and college teams.
​
As a homegrown leader, Blaine understands the Community Fellowship youth ministry from the inside out. We are thankful for his servant heart and willingness to step into this intern role.
Melanie Jarchow
Pastor’s Assistant, Director of Ministries
Melanie Jarchow serves as Pastor's Assistant and Director of Ministries here at Community Fellowship Church. She and her husband Justin have been actively involved in youth ministry since 2019.
​
Originally from Bono, Arkansas, Melanie is a longtime resident of our area. She loves getting to minister alongside her husband and serve the church family that has become like a second home.
​
In her role, Melanie provides organizational leadership and coordination across Community Fellowship's various ministries. She supports the Senior Pastor and staff team, managing schedules, communications, and special projects.
​
Melanie brings a servant's heart and wealth of ministry experience to her work. She is dedicated to seeing Community Fellowship thrive and fulfill its mission for Christ.
​
In her spare time, Melanie enjoys spending quality time with her husband Justin and staying connected with family and friends.
Teresa Hazelwood
Church Secretary
Teresa Hazelwood has been an active member of the Community Fellowship Church family since 2006. Along with her husband Tom, she leads a vibrant life group that provides fellowship and spiritual growth.
​
Teresa and Tom have built a wonderful life together, with five children and six beloved grandchildren. Family is incredibly important to them.
​
In her spare time, Teresa enjoys cooking, sewing, gardening and working on puzzles. She has a talent for hospitality and creating welcoming spaces.
Teresa shares: "I feel so blessed to be part of CFC and serve with such a loving church family!"
​
Her warmth, wisdom and dedication over the years have been a gift to our community. We value Teresa's servant heart and the care she shows to church members of all ages.
Chad & Whitney Lumpkin
Elementary Directors
1st - 4th Grade
Chad and Whitney Lumpkin are devoted leaders in our Children's Ministry. For over ten years, they have been teaching and nurturing the faith of our kids here at Community Fellowship Church.
​
Chad and Whitney have two young sons of their own, Josh and Josiah. They credit their love of God, family, and this church community as driving their passion for ministry.
​

The Lumpkins bring energy, creativity and selfless dedication to creating meaningful experiences for our children. Their commitment to shaping young hearts and minds for Christ is truly admirable.

Crystal Reynolds
Children's Choir Director
Nursery-Kindergarten Director
Crystal Reynolds has dedicated the past 17 years to serving God and the children of Community Fellowship Church as the Children's Choir Director and Nursery/Kindergarten Director. Her love for God, children, and family fuels her continued passion for this ministry.
​
Crystal and her husband Kyle have been blessed with five beautiful daughters. She draws daily inspiration from her own children as she works to nurture the faith and joy of the young ones in her care at church. Crystal finds great purpose in teaching children about God's love through music and spiritual guidance.
​
Under Crystal's devoted leadership, the children's choir program has grown and touched many young lives with the light of Christ through song. She feels honored to walk alongside families, helping instill Christian values in children from a very young age. Her kind and caring presence in the nursery/kindergarten provides comfort and joy for the littlest members of the congregation.
​
Crystal Reynolds has deeply invested her gifts in the children's ministries of CFC for nearly two decades. She runs this race with perseverance, motivated by her heart for bringing kids closer to God's amazing love.
Teresa Coots
Custodian
Teresa Coots has diligently served as the custodian of Community Fellowship Church for the past three years. She first joined the CFC family in 2001 and has been an active and engaged member of the congregation for over two decades.
​
In her role as custodian, Teresa works hard behind the scenes to ensure that the church is clean, tidy, and welcoming to all who come to worship. She takes great pride in maintaining the house of God and keeping it looking its best.
​
Teresa is more than just a custodian, she is a vital part of the CFC community. She is always happy to lend a hand with any church activities or needs that arise. Her positive spirit and servant heart are an inspiration to many.
​
For the past 22 years, Teresa has dedicated herself to supporting Community Fellowship Church in any way she can. The congregation is blessed to have her gifts of service and joyful dedication enhance the ministry of this body of believers.
